About the project
WE FIX-IT is a consultancy specialist in the IT sector. With about 40 employees it provides many Belgian companies with the necessary IT services. While at WE FIX-IT I had the opportunity to create lots of designs and worked closely with marketing to keep the website up-to-date and relevant.
My role
I designed the site, in close cooperation with the team. I came up with concepts, user flows and many, many different layouts. With more and more mobile users everyday we made the website responsive. Using a flexbox based lay-out it allowed us to design the website mobile first
In tandem with creating the website I was also employed to work out a certain branding and style for WE FIX-IT. I created designs for their social platform as well as stationary for all the office supplies.

Hot of the press
During the course of 3 years we published Newsletters containing interesting developments in the IT world and news relating to developments inside of WE FIX-IT. From the diversity in WE FIX-IT to self-driving cars.
We published a total of 7 Newsletters, 4 in the first year, 2 in the second and 1 in the last. Even though it was a very interesting approach to disseminate information the main goal was to broadcast information retaining to WE FIX-IT. We found that using other means of communication achieved this way more efficiently.

Continuous improvements
In order to deliver the most relevant information and services WE FIX-IT routinely requested concepts and improvements for existing services. During this concept we looked at the developed website. We compared the visual style to the rest of the WE FIX-IT branding, looked at the delivered content and made suggestions based on defined goals by the management.

Video marketing
The increased growth and speed of the internet has allowed marketeers to start using motion advertisements. Videos and gifs across a multitude of platforms found their place and are performing extremely well. WE FIX-IT also started with the use of videos to engage its audiences. We're hiring
From analyses WE FIX-IT discovered that the main reason it received applications was through word of mouth. To stimulate and enhance the discussions and increase applications multiple designs were made and published on their Facebook page.
